SBHOA provides a buyer to seller matching service to Member Owners wishing to sell and also to prospective Purchasers - and even those looking to Rent.

 

The association holds a formal register of buyers and sellers; we capture the requirements of the buyer such as location, type (prom, beach or stilts) or hut number range and match this with our list of sellers.

 

Equally we provide guidance to sellers concerning what the sale process may entail and parties that may be able to provide assistance.

We have a good, speedy success rate in helping to secure successful transactions.

Huts For Let:

To rent your hut requires a specific clause in your lease agreed with the council which is now rather rare.

 

The Beach Hut Association doesn't maintain a register of huts to let so is unable to assist with enquiries.

 

To find huts to let, you may find contact details for owners on the back of huts during a walk along the prom or a search on Google of Facebook might turn up some results.

 

The Beach Hut Association is unable to provide recommendations on any huts for rental.
