On Wednesday 22nd June 33 of us took a coach to Tower Pier London where we boarded a boat and cruised along the Thames to Greenwich.  This was an educational experience as the spokesman pointed out key facts and information about the different buildings along the way.   We were lucky with the weather all day.  Once in Greenwich everyone was free to begin their own adventures, we provided a handy guide to give people an idea of what Greenwich has to offer but the beautiful sites spoke for themselves. Many of the Beachhutters had a walk around Greenwich Market before deciding what to do for lunch, with so much on offer it was hard to choose.  The rest of the afternoon was a mix of activities from afternoon tea in the park, Cutty Sark visit and even the Fan museum.  It was soon time for the coach journey home where we could rest our feet!  Feedback from the day has shown to be a success and we are starting to think about next years event.  Thank you to everyone for coming.
